At Gibz Beauty, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and securely.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 CAD.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: 3–7 business days
    • USA: 5–10 business days
      (Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Gibz Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You may also contact us at gabrielle@gibzbeauty.com for support.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping zones in the future!
